8401 Rides the West Virginia Central RR

Taken Sept 21 2001 while riding on Tom Stallings A6 8401 with Ed Rosenberger, who attended David and Elkins College on a DL&W Railroad scholarship and worked for the line. During the breaks he met up with Peck who was an MOW operator about that time. They had some great stories about the transition from steam to diesel on this line.
